What to Expect Before a Boarding Stay

Begin by contacting the pet hotel team to discuss dates, availability, and current requirements. Have your veterinary records ready so vaccination status can be verified before arrival. Provide complete information about your pet’s routine, feeding, medications, behavior, and relevant health needs when requested. Staff can then explain applicable forms, arrival arrangements, and what should accompany your pet.

Because boarding needs vary, avoid relying on instructions from a previous stay without confirming that policies remain current. Families should also provide reliable contact information and discuss any concerns before leaving their pet. Meet our pet care team and email retail@cvvclinic.com with boarding questions.

Coordinating Boarding With Everyday Pet Care

Advance planning helps the pet hotel prepare for a smoother, more comfortable stay.

Dogs that enjoy group activity may also be candidates for weekday doggy daycare, though playgroup participation has its own requirements, including spay or neuter for dogs over six months. The connected pet retail store offers food, treats, toys, and select over-the-counter products. If your pet is due for medical care, arrange wellness and preventive services  separately.
